Doin' it!

I chose this while working on another goal (reading two books per month). In the opening pages of "The Glass Castle", the narrator "put some Vivaldi on, hoping the music would settle [her] down". I wasn't sure who vivaldi was, so I Youtubed and listened to "Four Seasons". Of course I had heard Vivaldi's music before. I just could never put a name to it.

I am beginning with some of the first thoughts that come to mind. I am sure I will have many more to add.

Ironically, almost as soon as I added white water rafting to my bucket list and posted a link to Pocono Whitewater, my little brother, who lives in PA, called to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving.

He is up for an adventure, so hopefully the kids & I can take a trip to visit him & his family and enjoy some white water rafting for a day.

I feel calm when I knit

I feel love when I receive kindness

I feel peaceful when I meditate

I feel calm when I complete a task that I've been anxious about

I feel content after I write on my blog

It's terribly convenient that there's a blog section here. I've been meaning to start a blog just to get my daily thoughts out of my head any put into something productive. I started a class online given by the University of Alberta on Dinosaur Palaeobiology. It isn't for credit, but it's still the complete course.

Started in 25th August 2014 in Avante Yoga after bought 9 sessions of Yoga lessons - signed up for yoga package for the first time.

I ordered Rosetta Stone in Italian. I found a groupon for half the price. I'm getting closer to reaching this goal.
