My husband was my support person in the hospital. I don't know how I could grt through the post partum phase without him because he has been so helpful.

I seem to be improving in my endeavour to learn the acoustic guitar.  I am currently learning chords E Em A Am.  I am finding it a struggle to change swiftly between these however practice practice practice.

I am also further along in my quest to play Metallica's Nothing Else matters.

I ran a homestay and hosted international students fro China, South Korea and Saudi Arabia. It was fun.

I managed to get in some practice with chords this evening for half an hour.

I also managed to look at Marty's Metallica lesson and managed to get my timings correct.  Still a long way to go but enjoying it.

Monday 😁 first day of calorie deficit healthy and balanced diet.  I would say it's been plain sailing today however I don't expect this to be an easy process.

I also managed to go to aqua aerobics and did yoga at home.

My spaniel Isla enjoyed two walks and two balls games.  She enjoyed her walk at Morriston field this evening.

Got married at beuatiful mt Palomar Winery in California in May with all the flowers in bloom and outdoors reception with market lights. Certainly most beuatiful wedding I have attended.

Super fun. Did this at Bora Bora on my howneymoon with at least 14 black tips circling around Highly recommend. Also encountered large one at Great Barrier reef on trip to Australia last month.

Meet the right person who will drive you crazy in bed. May be even marry them. If anyone says sex is not that important in marriage they are lying - most likely to themselves.

I officially retired at 34 ....41 now still retired. No need to work. No I don`t get bored. But I do get that asked a lot. I travel domestic and internationally, eat, play and spend time with my wife. Just like I wanted to.
