I also managed to look at Marty's Metallica lesson and managed to get my timings correct. Still a long way to go but enjoying it.
Healthy weight
Posted by Maureen45Monday 😁 first day of calorie deficit healthy and balanced diet. I would say it's been plain sailing today however I don't expect this to be an easy process.
I also managed to go to aqua aerobics and did yoga at home.
My spaniel Isla enjoyed two walks and two balls games. She enjoyed her walk at Morriston field this evening.

Amazing. 1000% recommend. Stay in overwater bungalow. Swim with sharks. Have lots of of sex. Try Tahitian vanilla sauce with local fish.

Got married at beuatiful mt Palomar Winery in California in May with all the flowers in bloom and outdoors reception with market lights. Certainly most beuatiful wedding I have attended.

Super fun. Did this at Bora Bora on my howneymoon with at least 14 black tips circling around Highly recommend. Also encountered large one at Great Barrier reef on trip to Australia last month.

I officially retired at 34 ....41 now still retired. No need to work. No I don`t get bored. But I do get that asked a lot. I travel domestic and internationally, eat, play and spend time with my wife. Just like I wanted to.
