The organic strawberries were on sale and the sales staff mentioned they would be perfect for jam. Remembering this goal I bought extra!
I then researched the many ways (some quite weird) in which to make jam and ended up with a very simple recipe of which you only need 4 cups of strawberries, 1 cup of sugar, and a pinch less than 1/4 of a cup of lemon ...

I have been accepted to MECOP (Multiple Engineering Cooperative Partnership), so I will get two six-month long computer engineering internships at two different companies. When I graduate, I'll have a year of real-world experience under my belt!

We went to San Francisco (Pier 39). Ate a Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Food was delicious. When it was time to go back home we were taking Bart. Decided instead of walking we'd do a pedicab! Our guy was very chill and talked with us. I wish we caught his name.

So I've already seen CA, RI, CT, MA (I live there), NH, VT, FL, VA, TX. Anxious to see the rest of the 50 states. Plan on hopefully going to Hawaii for my 50th in 8 years. :)

We made it to Ireland. 2 beautiful weeks in Dublin at the end of June and it was amazing!!! Can't wait to go back some day.

I am leaving for Italy in a week and a half. One of the sights we will be seeing is the Coliseum! So this will officially be completed 2 weeks from today! I have my mother to thank for reaching this goal because she is the one taking me to Italy.

I am 6 months into my goal of playing guitar well. My teacher is encouraging and tells me I have picked up a lot in a short amount of time.
