I had an opportunity to talk with a congressman's assistant in a meeting today.  I made a direct suggestion to the issue being discussed and she lit up and made a note.  I could site a current code and suggested a comparable code that could be created.  If this goes to law and is written in to code I will secretly know it ws my idea.  Sometimes, you Can ...
