Appear On The Stage Of A West End Musical - Done!

How did it go down?

Fantastic evening's entertainment and being allowed to the bar set on stage before the official start time whilst surrounded by actors singing and playing on stage, whilst looking out at the audience was quite an experience!

Did you get help or have company along the way?

My daughter Alicia was on stage with me for a Daddy/Daughter day out!

River Bluff Trail Hike With Commit To Be Fit

Completed this hike in May of 2016, with my Therapy Center Fitness Wing 5 months after shattering my right tibial plateau in 7 places and my left wrist in 3 places.  The grades were steep between 5 and 10%. The trails were narrow with gravel and a drop off on one side.  Below were trees and a river just below a dam. Altitude gained and lost was 200 meters each ...

Not much to say really. It's a Dyson, light, powerful and easy to just swing about the house. Charge it up and off you go. Easy to do the car too. Love it.

Was part of an extreme sport package at the lifestyle resorts I was staying at in the Dominican Republic in July of 2017 (Puerto Playa) was about a 6 jump from different platforms place with really cool and funny guys.

I was with Amy Giampietro at the time. Tour guides name was Camicho. Small really dark ghetto but polite man who reminded me of Cody from Hegedorns. He was cool because he let me take my safety jacket off. Good times
