This goes with out really needing an explination because it is something that many people my age struggle with as we are thrown into an economy with low income and high bills. I just want to be happy and stress free. . . in order for this to happen I need stability so I am not constantly worried of how much I am spending on hot water or air conditioning when my house is 80 degrees and instead just be content knowing that I dont have to worry about seeing my bank account reach $1 or less as I have every week for the past 10 years.
