I'm a fan of Jillian Michaels and love her podcast. I often watch the Biggest Loser TV Show and think to myself "why are those people giving up? I wish I had the opportunity to train with Jillian Michaels for the day! I would kick that workouts butt!"
So here it is... I would like to complete one of Jillian's challenging workouts with her there pushing me through it and get a chance to talk with her about diet & nutrition... maybe even have her raid my pantry and see what additional changes I can make to improve my diet!
