Train Someone To Complete An Ironman

Imran came to me at NI during the pandemic wanting to do the Cozumel Ironman. We had so many coaching sessions and nutrition and mental health talks. He completed it and had some fun struggles. He gave his medal to staff and had ants attack his only food so had to eat them. I'm so proud of him and happy I helped him achieve such an incredible goal. Angie
