I took a bungee free trial at Sky Candy and learned about Aerial Barre. It kept getting cancelled and finally on May 5 2024, I tried it. It was really tough because of all the tiny pulse Barre inspired movements. We only did a few aerial silks movements inverted really quick and one standing, but it was a really unique fun class. Angie
