I want to see that the State of Chiapas, Mexico becomes a U.S. State. Chiapas is bigger than West Virginia, yet- their gross domestic product is less than $12 million (U.S.) And as usual, States, etc don't spend their entire gross domestic product for the year in the Country, while the following year begins with about the same amount. So of course Mexico in this case doesn't make almost $12 million (U.S.) every year from Chiapas. So, if the U.S. and Mexico were to agree on a deal of the U.S. purchasing Chiapas from Mexico for let's say- 100 times that amount, Mexico would receive an amount from the U.S. equivalent to what they would make from Chiapas in over a century. And that amount would be almost $1.2 billion. Which is a small business amount for such an amount of land from another Country. Far less than the cost of City land for development. Totally profitable, even when only a small fraction of the land is developed. It's so easy to justify a cost of several billion dollars, even for just a few thousand square miles. Which is why this plan of mine to look forward to is just 1 of several. Including some that although are much bigger, are far less habitable, more isolated, more costly to live in and more costly to develop in. And when #3 on my bucket list becomes reality, I could help justify the purchase amount. Richard Garcia
