I am not getting any younger ... @40 and with Hypertension1 somethings gotta change. I have been obese almost half of my life. So now, I want to be change all that, I want to be healthy and feel better about myself. I want to be free of medications. And prepping for another Bucket List. i.e. Join Ironman 70.3 =) Robbie Barrera
