What Sparked my dream ? It could have been the sparkles in her eyes or the twinkle of her smile , it could have been the sparks from her braclets as they deflected the bullets or maybe it was that Spin Sparkle Transformation ; what ever it was my baby eyes were GLUED to LYNDA CARTER. THIS IS WHAT SPARKED MY DREAM ... The Year 1975 , I'm a newbron baby being proped up on a pillow by my mom and dad so I could watch Lynda Carter transform into the GODDESS I grew up Idolizing ; WONDER WOMAN . She perfectly embodied the charater and brought it to life ;the moment she was born .She was destined for the role , like I was destined to lay proped up to watch her. Lynda Carter does it all and most importantly she does it all with HEART & SOUL ; That's what I fell in LOVE with ! I'm transgender and have always been open about what I like and want . As a little kid I would pretend to be Diana and transform into Wonder Woman . I would sometimes wrap a towel around my head and pretend it was my long hair while wearing blue jean Daisy Duke shorts ,red tank top and my mom's Golden Yellow Macrame as my lasso... I even learned how to make a slip knot for my lasso ... One time I wrapped duck tape around my wrists for my braclets .It cut off my circulation and I fainted ; I didn't do that one again. Just think I mainly played with boys until I was 15/16 ; up till then the boys always played as male heroes and I always played as female heroines ...Well now a couple of them like playing as female heroines too but I haven't stopped wanting to be my own version of my idol. But it was Lynda Carter 's Wonder Woman that I turned too and would imagine becoming when I was being bullyied by others or I saw others being bullyied . Like Wonder Woman ,I became clever ,I'd STAND UP , STAND MY GROUND , DEFEND , PROTECT and if I had too FIGHT for what is RIGHT... I had all kinds of dreams with Wonder Woman, In my dreams I learned how to Jump across my street , that lead to me high jumping on top of houses , buildings and eventually FLYING . The amazing parts were when I had REAL OUT OF BODY FLYING EXPERIENCES . I believe I had them because I had been so open to my imagination the only thing left to experience was the real thing. When I was a child I got Meningitis and was hospitalized for weeks in Peurto Rico ...After having a near death experience I was feeling lonely and I didn't know how to speak Spanish ; so it made it hard for me to understand the Docotors or nurses. After being bedbond for weeks, I walked dizzy headed into the rehab room, where they had a TV. I was amazed and comforted when I saw Wonder Woman on TV speaking Spanish... My mom translated most of what she said and I thought WOW, she can even speaks Spanish ; like my mommy.My mom even told me how her and Wonder Woman were alike because they were both from Islands ; my mom being born on Puerto Rico and Wonder Woman from the Isle Of Themyscira ... After knowing I could see her on TV ; All I cared about was building up enough strength to be able to walk into the rehab room ;so I could see her . It's amazing how I suddenly went from being sick ,sad to happy and Playful ,from weak to powerful ; just from seeing my childhood icon Lynda Carter . No matter what happens in life or if they are dumb enough to replace her with someone else ; for me LYNDA CARTER is my only WONDER WOMAN and NO ONE can replace her . She gave me the strength and courage to be who I am today by being herself and doing what she loves ; LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST . She is more than just WONDER WOMAN to me; she is truly a WONDERFUL WOMAN ...I could only WISH I could be a Woman but If I could be one biologically ; I would want to be just like my ICON #LyndaCarter . Now why do I want to write songs with her ? Because she has a beautiful voice. When I first heard her sing as Diana Prince in Wonder Woman ; I was enchanted and thought about how my mommy and daddy sing too. I seemed to bond to everything about her ,not in an obsessive way but as a child would to parents , relatives ,friends , neighbors or a teacher ; a bonding LOVE . I don't know everything about her but I would enjoy learning anything about her that she would like to tell me herself . WONDER WOMAN MOVIE DREAMS : When I was around 17 I had a few dreams that I was much older and had meet Lynda Carter . In my dreams we both were in Three Different Wonder Woman Movies together . In my dream : One of the WW movies Lynda Carter as Princess Diana and Cloris Leachman as Queen Hippolyta were standing at the top of several stairs that lead to a beautiful White Palace on the Island of Themyscira ... They were initiating me into something and in the movie I was some kind of AMAZONIAN GUARD .
