I run regularly and now want to push myself and complete a half marathon
I've never been much of a runner. I actually hate running. I love working out and challenging myself and running a half marathon would be the perfect way to push myself. I suck at running and the best way to get better is to suck it up and just do it :-)
I have a friend who is a marathon runner. She got me thinking.

I haven't been running much since my ACL/PCL surgery.
I've never been fit in my life. I want to get in shape and running can be so soothing if it's done right. Plus, running any sort of marathon is mental as well as physical. You're trying your brain and body in many different ways.
