Obesity in females runs in my family (and don't say that that isn't possible!) so I want to be the first one to have a healthy weight. The only problem is that I'm currently pushing 200 lbs right now and I'm 15 years old (I don't look that heavy, though). My doctors say I have bigger bones than the rest of the girls in my family, so that would be one of the reasons why I'm so heavy. This is one of those goals that will probably change, since the healthy weight scale is different for different ages and heights.
