I really want to learn sign language. I tried watching utube videos but I get it wrong. There are so many deaf people in the world and I’d like to engage with them.

I want to be able to sign so that I can help that I can't hear. I think that signing is something that i enjoy.

"Signs are to eyes, what words are to ears"

My goal is to learn sign language not just for myself but other deaf people. If a deaf person ever needs help or just wants to order a meal or something you can make it easier for the person. Just helping other's or just in case someone I know goes deaf then I'd know it.

I would like to learn sign language so I can be prepared to properly communicate with people with a disability

I already know some ASL, and I want to be more fluent in the language.

I have always wanted to learn sign language. After I obtain my RN I want to obtain a position either in behavioral health or working with children. I believe knowing/learning sign language is a great asset to have.

I want to learn sign language because it seems both interesting and helpful not just for myself, but for others I come in contact with as for a better way to communicate.

I want to learn and become fluent in ASL so that I can help with translation. This could be in courts, concerts, schools, hospitals, etc.

I think it’s important to learn sign language, so I’m going to do that
