I know the alphabet- why not learn the whole language?
I want to communicate with the deaf people.

It is an official language of New Zealand and I think it would be awesome to talk to people you have never been able to communicate with before :)

There is something special about speaking without using vocals.

Those who overcome their difficulties are amazing. I was born blessed with all my senses yet I want to learn and be able to communicate with the amazing human beings that overcame their short comings and learn from them

Learning about Helen Keller as a child made me interested in learning sign language. I learned the aphabet but now want to learn the entire language being I work with adults with disabilities.
