My goal is to reach 63 kilos. It means shedding about 500 grams per week during one year.
I was super fit in college and in my twenties. I recently went skydiving on my 62nd birthday (a gift from my son, Trevor). At the very end of the jump I pulled a muscle. Nothing big, but it really brought home the need to be physically fit to do the sort of adventurous things I wish to do.

Finally achieve my dream weight.
My ideal weight is between 120 and 130lbs.
My target weight is 96kg. I chose this as it is the weight I would need to achieve should I want to join the armed forces.
Currently a UK size 24 in clothing. Ideal size would be a UK 10-12 (Don't want to be fat but want to keep a little curve you know lol)
