It has been a dream of mine to own or build a house with an ocean view. This I want after all the children leave the nest!

This can't be Possible without having Seen the Ocean the way I want to see it. I'd also like to make this Particular House where it would be Hurricane Proof and always keep it stocked with Food and Drinks for the Visits I'd make to it.
