I've got a great, easy dough recipe. I takes virtually no skill and only 15 minutes of prep time!
1 pkg dry yeast (.25 oz)
1 c hot water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
2.5 c flour
Oven @ 450
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water, let stand until creamy (about 8-10 minutes)
Stir in flour, salt, oil, until smooth. Rest for 5 minutes.
Turn out dough on lightly floured surface, pat or roll into crust shape depending on what type of pan or stone you are using.
Lightly grease (pam, olive oil, etc) and sprinkle a little cornmeal on pan.
Place dough on pan, top with whatever you want, bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

I've kinda always had a fear of working with yeast... I feel like it's going to grow out of control and take over. I just think they are so much easier to order
