The first weekend after labor day when we returned from Spain, Justin and I drove off to Crunch Fitness in Houston and I did this 8 hour cert class. I loved taking the class and learned a lot. I also realized that I need to slowly ease the population into this format. It is definitely a fun class and I hope they will enjoy it.
