I am having some serious health issues related to my lifestyle; it's not weight related per se, but the last time I changed my lifestyle, I lost a considerable amount of weight (actually closer to 70 lbs). I want to change my life in a significant enough way that I see similar results. That was the last time in my life I wasn't listed as hypertensive or pre-diabetic.
Because I ultimately want to lose 113 pounds I broke the weight loss goals into 2 years, 50 next year and 50 in 2019 and then 13 in 2020
I will be 50 years old on the date I want to lose 50 pounds by and I want to make myself look and feel better emotionally and physically. I have started going to the gym daily to work out and want to start eating healthy without totally giving up everything that tastes good.
I miss being healthy. I had more confidence and felt better.
