Only one buckaroo has listed 'Try A Yoga Kurunta Iyengar Yoga Wall Ropes Class With Maks' as a life goal.
Maks and I did this in a lunch break at Castle Hill. I honestly loved feeling down dog with the strap at my hop creases and elevated blocks on the wall just like we learned with supports in Rishikesh. It was Maks fist time upside down. We had fun and i would do that format again, but not at that gym because the parking is super stupid. I don't know how a vertical ramp exists one way for a bust gym and i am pretty sure the Avalon would not have made it.
