Sadly this feels like a tough one. I used to be at an OK weight until 10 years ago when I gained a lot rapidly, and never got rid of it (despite numerous diets etc...). Research shows that it's much harder to lose weight than to not gain it in the first place :( but I think it's now time that I have to tackle this or face morbid obesity in the future.
