I have done this. I think I did this with my mom - Janice Bergman Brown - and my sister - Anna Bergman Brown - and my maternal grandparents - Vera Fox and Lawton Fox. I think we were on vacation when I was in fifth grade and spent the year in France. We stayed at a very old French castle that was run by a very old woman. It was in Northern France. The castle was available for people to stay in - like a hotel, or - was it a hotel? - and we spent the night there.
