Be healthy - get strong (to be able to climb)
I want to lose all the excess weight and get down to a healthy weight and wear pretty dresses, learn how to do my hair and makeup, and feel better.
Completely get rid of fast foods in my diet (what I eat normally).
I want to have a healthier lifestyle were i'm able to go to the gym at least twice and week and I'm also able to eat better. i would also like to have a toned body e.g arms and stomach
