Anyone may make an offer of something of theirs for your request.
If so, the proposed offer goes into your Proposed to you page and their Proposed by you page.
Your request remains on the Requests page so you may get other proposals, until you finally accept a offer.
You can either accept or reject their proposal.
Or you can discuss it in request comments. If there are others with the same request, you may join forces to accomplish your goals.
If you accept the proposal, the offer goes into the Accepted offers page of both participants.
It is up to the participants to deliver on their promises.
If you reject the proposal, the offer goes into the Dead offers page of both participants,
and your request is returned to the Requests page.
